Cancellation Policy
We hope that you have the best possible experience at Nicholas White salon, we strive to make each visit as enjoyable as possible and very much look forward to seeing you soon. We do have a cancellation policy and protocols involved with colour to make sure your appointment has the correct timeframe and the outcome is the most beautiful creation.
For new customers we will require a deposit to secure a first appointment :50% for services under £70, 30% for services over £70.
For services over the value of £150 a deposit of £50 will be required
If you *cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or do not attend your appointment the deposit will be taken as a fee.
If we are colouring your hair for the first time you are required to have a face-to-face consultation with a stylist and a skin test at least 48hrs before appointment time.
Online bookings for colour: If no after service is booked i.e. Cut and finish, we will automatically add a medium/long quick dry with a junior stylist.
